So I decided that I needed to step outside of the box and attempt new things. Here is my first and probably only attempt at tole painting. 
My next project is to sew Avery's Easter dress. I'm a little scared about this one but my friend Kali has offered to help me every step of the way. I don't think she knows what she's getting herself into. Wish me luck!

Way to go Kristin! You did a great job on your tole painting and I have no doubt that you will do an awesome job on the dress, too! I can hardly wait to see it all done.
Wow! I should leave more often!! Can I take some credit for helping to unleash Mrs. Creative? No need to answer...I already patted myself on the back.
Great work. Hopefully this will rub off on me to get into the crafts again!
